Preliminary Assessment or Consultation
Comprehensive information regarding the
conditions for permanent residence is provided in this site [here].
Our Service
If after reading the information
provided, you have further queries about permanent residence in Malta, or
are still unsure about your chances of obtaining a residence permit, we
can provide you with a preliminary assessment of your case and the
necessary preliminary advice. This may include:
-
A professional
appraisal of the best immigration strategy available to you.
-
Our opinion on your
chances of obtaining a residence permit on the basis of documents in your
possession.
-
Advice on the merits
of your personal application and options to improve your approval
prospects.
-
Advice on what
essential steps and procedures you need to complete before your residence
application is lodged.
Alternatively, you
can skip the preliminary assessment and request a
Full Application Service immediately.
Ordering a Preliminary Assessment /
Consultation
Should you wish to order a
preliminary assessment or a consultation, email
us with your query.
Upon receiving our
fee, we will immediately forward to you a list of information and copies
of documents we may require for the purpose of providing our assessment or
consultation. Our response will take one of the following forms:
1. An initial response
to your first email and replies to a maximum of two further e-mail enquiries.
2. Two telephone consultations
limited to a total of half an hour.
3. One appointment at a
Euro-Malta office for a maximum of half an hour.
Euro-Malta's
consultation service is flexible and we will normally accommodate
your specific requests for a different combination of the above.
For instance, some clients prefer to have an initial e-mail
consultation followed by a short telephone consultation or meeting at our
offices.
Fees
Our fees for this service amount to
EUR500 (approx.
US$700).
If you seriously wish
to proceed with a full application for
permanent residence, a consultant or lawyer will usually be prepared to
spend additional time discussing your case with you without charging any
additional fees for this.
The fees for an
assessment or consultation are non-refundable. However, in most cases,
should you instruct us further we will credit the fees received for the
consultation towards the cost of the fees for your application for a
permanent residence permit. In addition, if you choose to instruct us in a
full application on your behalf we will normally give you a no win/no fee
guarantee in respect of our fees.
Mode of Payment
We normally receipt payment of our fees by
bank to bank account transfer as this is the safest way to pay.
Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by credit card and the amount
transferred should be net of charges and expenses.
Our bank account details will be provided on
request.
Your payment will normally reach our account
within three working days. Upon instructing your bank to effect the
transfer, please send us an e-mail or fax confirmation. We will be in
touch with you as soon as our bank has advised us that your funds have
been credited to our account.
Thank you for your
business.
