Our Service
Should you conclude, based on the
information provided in this site or in our Preliminary Assessment, that
you can satisfy the requirements of permanent residence in Malta, you may
wish us to proceed with the comprehensive handling of your application.
a) Forwarding of initial application forms
to your office or to the client by fax or e-mail;
b) Submission of application to the relative
authorities and departments;
c) Follow up of the application until
approval – as long as the required documents are provided, applications
are invariably approved;
d) Initial 2hr consultation on client's
arrival in Malta;
e) Accompanying you to the Immigration
Office to have your passport stamped on your arrival in Malta (transport
provided);
f) Accompanying you to the Inland Revenue
Dept. for tax registration on your arrival in Malta (transport provided);
g) Accompanying you to the bank to open an
account, providing the necessary reference (transport provided);
h) Introduction to our Property Consultants
or other recommended estate agent for purchase or rental of property
including a meeting with the estate agent and transport to the estate
agent;
i) Legal advice and representation for the
drawing up of contracts about rental or purchase of property at the
required minimum rental/purchase price;
j) Forwarding of documents from Malta to
your office by courier.

Any fees paid for a
Preliminary Assessment or Consultation
shall be deducted from the fees payable for this service.
Fees
Our fees for the service amount to EUR4,900
(approx. US$6,750).
You are not required to be actually present
in Malta in order to prepare for and file your application. Upon request,
we will send you a detailed list of documents which we will require you to
forward to our Malta office (by registered post or by courier).
Upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of
EUR3,000 / US$4,150), we will proceed to process and prepare
your documents and forms and file your application at the relative
Department.
The balance of our fees will only be payable
upon issue of the permit, which shall be forwarded to you upon settlement
thereof.
Mode of Payment
We normally receipt payment of our fees by
bank to bank account transfer as this is the safest way to pay.
Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by credit card and the amount
transferred should be net of charges and expenses.
Our bank account details will be provided on
request.
Your payment will normally reach our account
within three working days. Upon instructing your bank to effect the
transfer, please send us an e-mail or fax confirmation. We will be in
touch with you as soon as our bank has advised us that your funds have
been credited to our account.
